What we collect
- Through the contact form: name, email address, company, website address and the content of your message.
- From newsletter subscribers: email address.
- In a client relationship: contact names, emails, phone numbers and billing details.
- From site usage: anonymised visitor statistics, where you have consented to them.
Purposes and legal basis
We process data to respond to enquiries, to manage client relationships and to meet statutory obligations. The legal basis is a contract, legitimate interest or the consent you have given.
Retention
Contact form data is kept for 24 months from the last contact. Client relationship data is kept for the period required by accounting legislation. Newsletter subscriber data is kept until the subscription is cancelled.
Disclosure
We never sell or rent personal data. Data may be processed by our service providers, such as our hosting provider and email system. All processors operate under a written agreement and within EU data protection rules.
Your rights
You have the right to access your data, request correction or deletion, object to processing and withdraw consent. Send requests to media@innovativeseo.se. You also have the right to lodge a complaint with a supervisory authority. Our lead supervisory authority is the Maltese Information and Data Protection Commissioner (idpc.org.mt), and you may alternatively complain to the authority in your own country of residence.
